Voygo.ai is a logistics and shipping platform that offers services including rate comparisons, real-time tracking, warehouse management, online quoting and payments, and analytics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voygo.ai platform, website, and services ("Services").

To use Voygo.ai, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the platform are the property of Voygo.ai or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• Required by law
• You engage in abusive or suspicious activity

You may also delete your account at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to your data.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from those integrations.

Voygo.ai is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voygo.ai and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Notice will be given through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
